Today I got a call accepting my application for the National Consumer Panel! I put that application in over a year ago. All you have to do is scan all the bar-codes of things that you buy and upload the info once per week. You in turn get rewarded points that you can exchange for gift cards, electronics and other items.

Today is Friday March 11th and I weighed in this morning. 2 weeks ago or so I shared here that I love to work out. Because of recent family events and…SNOW I haven’t been going to the gym. BUT I have been clean eating and I weighed in today at 140.4 lbs! For those of you that don’t know what clean eating is it is a lifestyle by which we should all live. I adapted this lifestyle last year around this time in hopes of feeling better about myself. Not only did it work but I am healither for it. Now I have to say that it is hard to stick to and I have fallen off the band wagon but I have gotten back on and I ready to go!
In the world of fitness competitions and weight lifting many competitors live by this eating style. I was recommend the book Clean Eating: by Tosca Reno. Now I am not a reader. In fact the only thing I really enjoy reading is on-line articles and magazines but I got this book and read it through 3 times in one weekend! I teared up at the stories that people wrote about and it truley has made me think about what I want to feed my body.
